I love your illustrations! They are so perfect for children's books... fun & energetic. I don't know how you will decide between all these great cover designs. But, for what it's worth, I'm most drawn in to the bears on the ice berg for the strong composition.. and then plenty of interest/detail too. Also the individual bears are a lot of fun. I love the bear in the water too! Have fun deciding!
Thanks so much Cathy. As it turns out your instincts are correct, you have excellent taste etc. :) The final design will look a lot like option no. 3 with just a few small modifications. We are using the underwater bear on the back cover!

Oh! I love all of these Erik!! :0) My favorites are the iceberg and the separate square bears.
