Up most of the night working on a book project... stayed up later to finish this. I've been very taken with a rediscovery of comic art lately (after stumbling onto Flight), and will likely try some more line art like this for future Fridays.
This is really special...I love the wave effect for the background, the brightly colored celestial bodies, and you (right?) fallen asleep at your work in the blue light of night. That's exactly how I feel when I have to stay up past my bedtime to get something done. Great illustration; it will be fun to see more work in this style (although your other stuff is wonderful too):>
